Above average hotel with room for improvement

Near the train station, nice food, some helpful staff, great view from the 21st floor

Some other staff at reception who were rude and slow to send thugs up to the room. Bedding doesn’t fit the beds so the bottom sheets came off. Executive room doesn’t mean you use the executive lounge. Fridge buzzing in the room kept us awake. At breakfast we could literally hear 3 songs playing from 3 different areas (dining room, lobby and somewhere round the corner), not so relaxing.

Wonderful

Restaurant. Excellent breakfast, very varied. Near railway station. You will get to the airport quickly, comfortably and very cheaply. Friendly staff.

Cleaning. They came when we were in the room, but when we left for a couple of hours, the cleaning was not done. As a result, there was no cleaning at all. But that was one time. Noise. You can hear people in the hallway. But the worst thing is that doors cannot be closed quietly. You wake up the dead with such a roar.

The room was clean, it had a balcony, the place is nice, there is a parking

The room was small, the bathroom is very small and the floor in the bath is gliding- very dangerous, the bad is very high, the parking is not only for the guests, the walls were dirty

Pricey and nothing exceptional.

Great views and clean hotel. Friendly reception.

Expensive. I reserved breakfast and they had to verify with my email. Dinner was absurdly expensive because of the holiday so I skipped it. And it was too late to order cold food. One of the saunas was not working and the signs showed the pool closed, but it was open. No shuttle.

Enjoyable business trip in a great value hotel with very hospitable staff.

Fantastic friendly staff who were incredibly hospitable during my 3 night stay. Yahav and Arik were especially attentive and really welcoming. I choose to stay at VERT as I was attending a conference at the ICC (next to the hotel) but the location was great. Very close to the main station so really easy to get to and from the airport and also close to the trams that are very frequent and visit most of the key tourist attractions.

I think the addition of minibar in the room with juices etc would be a good addition. Other than that....not much to be honest. It was a good value hotel in a good location.

Nice for my business

Central location, practically 100 m from my destination , clean and tidy with a beautiful view .

Shaking faucet in the sink, connecting door with I didn’t need at all with zero acoustic blocking . Could practically hear everything in the next room including small talk . Nice breakfast but had to stand inline for a simple omelette or coffee .

It was a quick getaway , which gave us the feeling that we were in a different time and space.

The room was much larger than we expected so that was a pleasant and comfortable surpise! We enjoyed the espresso coffees that were supplied, though I brought my own milk . The view was lovely from the 20th floor! The bathroom had a night light feature which we thought very clever. The pool is awesome! Big, relaxing, indoor, with amazing hours (early and late) for those who swim for exercise and pleasure. They even had seperate hours for men and women , though more for men which I thought a bit unfair. The location is very good, we had dinner across the street in Cinema City , could have seen a movie too (maybe next time) Lovely , calm atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff.

The showers in the spa/swimming pool lockers need refurbising, There is quite a distance to walk from pool to bathrooms and it was chilly in a wet suit and unfortunately we were not told that we could have requested robes. It would have been nice if they had been already hanging in the closet of our room or if there had been a sign in the spa "Robes on request" Parking cost 70 shekels for the time of our stay, that was a disappointment.

Nice hotel a fair price

Breakfast was fine, omlete plancha wasn't clean I got my eggs with black sooty crumbs. In general Breakfast hall was pretty clean. Fast elevators. Big indoors pool. Location is a little far from the old city. Hotel charged us for 1,000 NIS a night BB. They shouldn't have charged us for another 60 NIS for parking over night.

make sure there's enough Liquid soap and shampoo in bathrooms.

everything was fine except Booking.com

the staff was very helpful and in particular Arik

My reservation via Booking.com. Booking.com promised a free taxi from the airport to the hotel for all stays above 650 euros, which was the case. However, it was impossible to claim as the website would not work for the claim and the staff sent me from one department to another with the final result of not having the free taxi ride. I made the reservation because of this feature and I feel cheated. in the future, I shall avoid Booking.com

Great place bad coffee

Hotel was clean, and in a good location. It was the best thing about the place. The food was excellent. The staff were kind and attentive. The room was large and beautiful. I loved the bath and the bed. I do recommend this hotel.

The pool could have been managed better. It felt chaotic. No place to put my stuff in, girl in the counter kept disappearing. The coffee machine was confusing. Bordering on cryptic. I shouldn't have to perform exorcism just to get an espresso!

Clean hotel, new and modern, the location is a 15 mins walk from the central market or 10 mins by bus. Food at breakfast is good, very nice pool! Staff is very kind and the room is big!

The showers at the SPA/Pool area need to be renewed, they’re old and half broken

Decent hotel. Bathroom is tiny. A bit of a hike to get to public transportation.

Quiet room

Bathroom so small almost impossible to use. Cleaning stuff are not attentive and every day left different amenities in the bedroom. We kept having to call for an extra towel, etc. Although hotel is relatively close to Central train station, it is too far to walk with any kind of luggage so it is rather inconvenient. Plus because it’s next-door to the convention center. There is a constant barrage of traffic coming in and out, which adds a lot of money and delays to taxis. There is no public transportation right at the hotel. Bus and train are close, but a 10 minute walk. Not good for anybody older or with disabilities. Many taxis don’t like to come up to the hotel because they have to take a ticket to go through the parking lot.
